    Returns and exchanges

    We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Because of this we accept returns. Because we offer so many variations we do not try to resell the returned items therefore we do require a 25% restocking fee. If order arrives damaged we will replace your order.

    Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We would ask you to provide pictures of the damage, exterior of the box and shipping label. Since all of our packages are insured we would replace the item for you at no cost.

    Shipping

    All order are sent with tracking via USPS in which verification of delivery is recorded. Kindly note that we are not liable should your item(s) be stolen from your listed address once delivered. If your address is not secure, we recommend providing a more secure delivery location or requesting a Signature Service at the time of order. If the package is returned to us because a signature was not available, then the buyer would be responsible for return to sender shipping cost. Please reach out with any other questions regarding Signature Service.
